Everest Leadership Group (ELG) of the USA conducted
"Train of the Trainers" program to the International Consultancy Services (ICS) of Egypt between February
21 and February 25, 2010 in Cairo Egypt. This program was attended by the ICS
trainers as well as general mangers and directors of ICS' sister organizations
such as Megacom, Partners Technology, Pie Technology, and Sync Egypt. The course
was followed by a special session only for the ICS trainers to emphasize the
aspects, techniques, and philosophies of ELG training.
This long term commitment between ELG and
ICS is motivated by ELG's great wealth of expertise in training and development,
and ICS' wide range of clients in Egypt. ELG will continue providing the
training courses to the trainers of ICS, and in return ICS trainers will conduct
these courses to its current and future clients.

Your time is one of the most precious thing in life, is not it? Are you effective in investing it? Like all other sciences, Personal Management is. Intuition is not enough to know it. We all need to study it, embody it and apply it. Personal Management includes, but not limited to, time management, goals management, emotional management, physical or health management, finance management, and career management. If you feel you:
Do not have enough time in the day
Are not reaching what you want, or slowly reaching to it
Stressed and overwhelmed from time to time
Do not have enough time for important areas of life, e.g. family and home
Not motivated to work or advance in life
Missing important points in your communication
Receive bundles of information but cannot store and reference them in the future

Effective Personal Productivity
Productivity is the wellspring of success and a basic part of human nature,
yet many lacks the direction they need to achieve. LMI's Effective Personal Productivity program will help members of your organization:
• Evaluate their attitude and make productive behavioral changes
• Set goals and achieve results • Increase productivity through controlling priorities • Communicate more effectively
• Become a team player • Deal with interruptions
• Thrive in a learning environment
All great speakers share a common trait: They learned to be great by studying those that went before them. Although we are enamored by the oratory skills of public figures from time to time, none was born with the ability to persuade or inspire.
Instead, what makes them good is the intensity of their desire to study and learn the basic skills that set great speakers apart. Jack Kennedy studied FDR and Churchill and put his own very human stamp on their style. Bill Clinton studied Kennedy and Martin Luther King; Obama has studied them all, and when he shares stories from his life, you can even hear the comforting tones of Ronald Reagan.
Speaking well is not about genes. Unlike basketball or the violin, no talent is required. Speaking well is a skill, comprised of physical behaviors, learnable by anyone who cares enough to succeed.
